Music legend and Aortic Dissection Charitable Trust Ambassador Bob Harris OBE will be celebrated across two special evenings at the Royal Albert Hall, bringing together an extraordinary line-up of artists from across rock, folk, country and pop.
Stand By Me: Bob Harris A Celebration of Life in Music will celebrate Bob’s remarkable career and the friendships he has built during more than five decades at the heart of British music broadcasting.
As an Ambassador for the Aortic Dissection Charitable Trust, Bob will also speak about his own experience of surviving an aortic dissection and his commitment to raising awareness of the condition. It will be a particularly special occasion for the charity, with members of our team joining patients, families and supporters in the audience to celebrate alongside Bob.
Artists appearing across the two evenings include Roger Daltrey, Paul Weller, Robert Plant, Rick Wakeman, Carly Pearce, Beth Nielsen Chapman, Kate Rusby, The Shires, Albert Lee, Joe Brown, Seth Lakeman, Elles Bailey and many more.
