Pan-London Inherited Cardiac Conditions Meeting 2026

A focused event on emerging genomic tools and personalised treatments transforming care in inherited cardiac conditions.

This one-day meeting brings together professionals from across the Inherited Cardiac Conditions (ICC) network, in collaboration with the North and South London Operational Delivery Networks. The programme will focus on current advances in genomics, therapeutic innovations and the evolving role of genetic testing in inherited cardiac disease.

Attendees will gain insights into how genetic understanding influences diagnosis and management, with discussions covering polygenic risk scores, aortopathy, and dilated cardiomyopathy. The agenda includes a session on hereditary thoracic aortic disease (HTAD), highlighting genotype-tailored approaches to care by Dr Leema Robert of Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust.
