Martin and Fiona host a fundraiser evening to support aortic dissection awareness and research with supper, shanties, a quiz, and a celebration of resilience.

Join Martin and Fiona for a memorable evening celebrating their inspiring journey along the 630-mile South West Coast Path, Walking in My Shoes. This incredible challenge has raised awareness and vital funds for aortic dissection research and patient support. On the night, enjoy some shanty singing, test your knowledge with our quiz, try your luck in the raffle, and savour authentic Cornish beer and Devonian cider.

In March 2020, Martin’s life changed dramatically when he experienced an aortic dissection while out for a routine run. Thanks to the skill of Wythenshawe Hospital’s surgical team, he survived, and since then, he and Fiona have been committed to spreading awareness and hope. Don’t miss this chance to hear their story firsthand, join in the fun, and support their cause.

Includes a West Coast supper of Cornish pasty and cream tea, welcome drink, and access to the evening’s activities. Cash bar available.
